DIVORCED, BEHEADED, LIVE AT THE VAUDEVILLE!

Hailed as ‘the most uplifting piece of new British musical theatre’ (Evening Standard) the Tudor Queens turned Pop Princesses will be holding court in their new palace, extending their reign in London’s West End.

Critically acclaimed with a spectacularly successful studio album being adored on playlists across the globe, The New York Times royally decreed that SIX is ‘pure entertainment’! This sell-out intoxicating Tudor take-off has ‘an incredibly strong and powerful message. Boundary-pushing, genre redefining’ (The Australian) and is ‘a total blast’ (Chicago Tribune).

The six wives of Henry VIII take to the mic to tell their tales, remixing five hundred years of historical heartbreak into an 80-minute celebration of 21st century girl power.

Book now and Get Down to the homegrown histo-remixed pop-concert musical by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss at the Queens ‘forever home’, the Vaudeville Theatre!

Sunday 25 September 2022 at 7pm – Sing-along SIX

To access the auditorium there are 6 stairs down to the Stalls, 22 stairs upto the Dress Circle and 54 stairs up to the Upper Circle. Wheelchair user access is provided using the AAT Major Stair Climber. The stair climber accommodates manual wheelchairs up to 66cm (26 inches) wide and 89cm (35 inches) deep including any footrest. The maximum combined weight the Stair Climber can accommodate is 190kg (30 Stones) when distributed evenly across the wheelchair.

Electric wheelchair users may be asked to transfer into the theatre’s manual wheelchair on arrival if the theatre staff consider the electric wheelchair unsuitable for transportation on the Stair Climber. Electric and manual wheelchair users are requested to contact our Access Team via phone or email ahead of purchasing tickets to discuss specific requirements and to book the use of the Stair Climber.

We ask that all patrons requiring the use of the Stair Climber arrive at the theatre 45 minutes before the start of the performance. Follow this LINK to watch a short video clip of the Stair Climber in action. Stalls M1 and M18 provide wheelchair spaces, with companion seats adjacent.

Disabled toilet facilities are available by arrangement with our neighbour, the Adelphi Theatre.  A member of theatre staff will accompany customers wishing to use the disabled toilet facilities; alternatively customers may present their theatre tickets at the main entrance of the Adelphi Theatre. Ladies toilets are located in the Stalls and Grand Circle.  Gentlemen’s toilets are located in the Dress Circle and Grand Circle.

The theatre bars are located in the Dress Circle and Grand Circle. There is no level access to the bars for wheelchair users; a member of theatre staff will offer assistance purchasing beverages on behalf of customers. Programmes and Ice Creams are available in the main foyer and auditorium. All drinks and refreshments will be available for pre-order to minimise queuing and assist social distancing.

Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome.  For comfort we recommend purchasing a seat on the end of a row.  Alternatively we provide a dog sitting service for 2 dogs at a time; advance booking is recommended.
